Text Box: Puppet show at the library        The Edwards Public Library Texas Reading Club  “Mission Possible:  Spy A Book!” Storytime was a huge success.  Sandy Shrout “Puppeteer” enthralled those who attended with her rendition of “The Paper Bag Princess” by Robert Munsch.  The puppet show was spectacular.  It included in the show were Princess Elizabeth, Prince Roland and a Fire Breathing Dragon.  The Dragon burns down the castle of Princess Elizabeth and princenaps Prince Roland.  All of her clothes are burned in the fire and all she has left to wear is a paper bag.  When Princess Elizabeth rescues Prince Roland from the Fire Breathing Dragon.  Prince Roland thinks that she is not dressed nice enough to rescue him.   Only those 102 children and 29 adults who attended the Storytime know the end of the story.       This was the first Storytime for the Texas Summer Reading Club.  Next Weeks Storyteller will be Dan Gibson.  Regular 10:00 a.m. We encourage all Clay County Children to attend.
